Center Control

Team! It has been a busy time of year and we thank you all for your help. As we move into the new year we still need to improve our customer experience and service we offer. I know customers can be difficult but strive to always be polite and smile. Lets be more efficient and business like at Center Control. We have noticed a big pick up in Parties and the Customers have been very happy with them. We can thank Peggy for doing a great job with them. There has been a huge attendance issue and a new policy goes into effect 1/1/2024

Snack Bar/Bar Lounge

Snack Bar team! Since our new menu launch in July we have seen improvement in sales and performance but there is still a lot to be done. We need to concentrate more on food preparation and delivering the food prepared and as trained, not the way you think it should be. Presentation is key. Please review the notebook and refresh yourselves. Over the coming weeks we will be watching and correcting. We would like to increase Bar sales. Any ideas please let us know. The Lounge should be a festive atmosphere.

Mechanical

To the Mechanics. Please keeping doing your best to keep us running. I know you are short staffed and dealing with very old equipment with a lot of band aids. Lets work together to get things right and get what you need. Now is the time to show what you know and your capabilities. Thank you for all that you have done

Our mission has to be simple:

We are in the Hospitality business and we need to perform as one. Annapolis Bowl is a fun place and we want you to have fun as employees. When everyone does their part it becomes easier and with that it becomes more fun. Work with energy and energize the business.
